Yanaka Ginza is a charming Showa-era shotengai (shopping street) that has become increasingly popular with international visitors for its nostalgic atmosphere. The street is lined with food stalls offering traditional Japanese sweets like ningyo-yaki, fried manju, mitarashi dango, and more — all best enjoyed while strolling. Cat-themed sweets are particularly beloved, fitting for this neighborhood nicknamed 'the town of cats.' Part of the famous Yanesen (Yanaka-Nezu-Sendagi) area, it's a 5-minute walk from Nippori Station.
