Nagasaki Fukusaya opens Thu/Sat factory tours (¥2,000/person) with fresh castella tastings.
Fukusaya, founded 1624, launched public factory tours from April 2026. Sessions run on Thursdays and Saturdays at 10am and 2pm (10 people, ¥2,000/person). Visitors watch the copper-pan zarame-stirring method and taste fresh-baked mini castella after the tour.
